It's been awhile since I posted a few things about Audrey. She is soooooo high speed and talks a mile a minute. Seriously, the only time she isn't talking is when she is sleeping! Her favorite word is "why" after EVERY statement you make, which I have resorted to answering with "because God wanted it that way". A mother can only explain the ways of the world but so much in one day.
She is sleeping in her big girl bed (crib minus front rail) as of last week and is very pround that "Mommy fixed it". So proud, that she will greet you at the door when you arrive and promptly show it off.
Her vocabulary still astonishes me on a daily basis. Yesterday she looked at me, pointed her finger and said, " I've got to tell you one more thing". Unfortunately, she has also picked up a few of my less desirable phrases along the way as well, like the word "dablameit" whenever something undesirable happens. Better than the alternative, right? I'll just keep telling myself that and hopefully you will ignore it if you hear it come out of her little mouth. Ugh!
