Princess Audrey..

I never thought that my little tomboy would be going through a princess phase.  My girl, who makes mud pies and finds worms to feed the chickens, wants to wear dresses ALL the time! Not only does she want to wear them constantly, but she gets upset when they get dirty. Did I mention she loves digging in the dirt? Do you see the predicament? I have been doing lots of laundry between a messy want-to-be-princess and a baby. I tried convincing her that superheros were much cooler than princesses, thinking that a cape would be much more convenient. Obviously I was wrong because she is still wearing her princess dresses and I am still doing laundry every day.

Lily and Pete gave her the little mermaid costume for her birthday, and Im positive it won't last much longer. As soon as it's washed and she sees it hanging on the line to dry, off go her very practical play clothes and on goes the dress....She even planted the garden in this dress!

She informed me (very dramatically) that she needed a dress that drags the ground because the girl on frozen has a dress that drrrrraaaaagggggs on the floor! What a diva!
