Fun In the Sun..

One thing I love about summer is the festivals, concerts, etc. that people (including me) flock to.  I love  being outside, enjoying the fresh air and summer activities.  Fortunately, the rest of my family enjoys it just as much.   We rode to Pearisburg on Saturday, to check out the Festival in the Park.  There were vendors, kids rides, food, and music, but the park was by far the family favorite.  Who would have thought the highlight of my day would be to watch Audrey and John play on the swings and fly down the slide?  It is during these small moments, that I'm overcome with joy and love for God and his gift of being a wife and a mother.
